In her class, instructor Canella Mullins teaches using props to allow for a safer experience for the practitioner. Her teaching style offers variations of poses and places an emphasis on accessibility and alignment. No previous yoga experience is needed - class is for Beginners thru Advanced.

Classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays 3-4 year olds: 3:30-4:00pm 5-6 year olds: 4:00-4:45pm 7-14 year olds: 5:00-5:45pm 15 and up: 6:00-6:45pm Fee:  $120 per month (additional children $110 each) All registrations/payments are handled by Coach Joff.
